What We Solve

# Keep work moving. Know what to change next.

We can help with everyday IT problems, an office move or growth, disconnected applications and decisions about modernization or AI. Start with the situation you are facing.

## Computers, accounts or Wi-Fi keep causing problems.

We help staff get back to work and investigate problems that keep returning. That can mean ongoing IT support or a project to improve the setup.

### Common situations

- Employees lose time to recurring computer, account, or application problems.

- Wi-Fi or network problems keep resurfacing.

- Responsibility for everyday IT, backups or security is unclear.

## You are moving offices or adding people.

Plan the computers, accounts, network and application changes the move or growth needs. We can carry out the agreed work and coordinate with your existing providers.

### Common situations

- A new location needs Wi-Fi, network equipment and working connections.

- New staff need computers, accounts and access to the right applications.

- Equipment or cloud services need upgrading as the business grows.

## Staff spend too much time moving information around.

We follow the steps staff take, including the workarounds, to see what can be simplified. The answer may be a software setting, an application connection or automation.

### Common situations

- The same information is entered in several systems.

- Employees rely on email, text, or spreadsheets to bridge gaps between applications.

- Reporting requires repeated manual assembly or cleanup.

## A system is live, but nobody knows how to maintain it.

We can document the setup, agree who looks after it and help coordinate changes. Ongoing support can be arranged for the systems or processes covered by the agreement.

### Common situations

- Nobody is responsible for keeping documentation current.

- Several vendors make changes without one view of the whole environment.

- An implementation needs ongoing support after launch.

## You need to decide what to modernize first.

Start with the work you want to improve and the constraints of the current setup. We can compare a software upgrade, a process change, an application connection or a new tool, then help plan and carry out the agreed next step.

### Common situations

- Several systems need attention, but the order of work is unclear.

- You are considering a replacement and want to understand whether existing software can do enough.

- A proposed change depends on other systems, providers or staff adopting a new way of working.

## An AI tool looks promising, but you are unsure whether it fits.

Bring the task you want help with or the tool you are considering. We can assess the fit with your systems, compare alternatives and agree a small trial when useful. The answer may be to use an existing tool or leave AI out of this task.

### Common situations

- You want to know which task would be a sensible place to start.

- You need to understand the inputs, human review and checks an AI workflow would require.

- You have tried a tool and need to judge whether its output and upkeep justify wider use.

From decision to implementation

## Choose the next step and put it into practice.

Once we understand the work and options, we can agree a project. That might involve changing settings, replacing equipment or connecting two applications. The project includes the checks and documentation needed to hand it over.

If another provider needs to make part of the change, we can explain the work they need to do, coordinate the handoff and check the result. A Systems Review provides recommendations; this implementation work is scoped separately.

Scope and support

## When another provider may be a better fit.

KGS is not a residential computer repair service or an emergency response option for organizations without an applicable support agreement. Work that requires a large around-the-clock help desk, full-time staff augmentation, or a specialist certification outside KGS's scope may need another provider. KGS will say so early and can coordinate with the right specialist when useful.

## What would you like to improve or decide?
